Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All orders $50 and up ship free. A flat rate shipping fee of $3.95 applies to orders under $50.

Currently packages can only be shipped to the United States and U.S. Territories. International shipping will be added in the future.

Order Processing and Transit Times

Prints are made to order and take 1 to 3 business days to process. Originals will ship within 1 business day.

All orders ship USPS First Class mail and typically take between 3-7 days to arrive after they have been processed. When you place an order you can expect to receive it within 4-10 business days. 

Return Policy

Returns are accepted on items within 7 days of delivery. Please email hello@jessicacrisci.com to initiate a return and get a return shipping label. 

After your return is received you will be refunded the purchase price minus $3.95 for the cost of the return shipping label back to your original form of payment. Alternatively, you can arrange for return shipping with the shipper of your choice.

Original shipping charges are not refundable. 

Damaged Items on Delivery

If your item arrives damaged, please photograph the damaged packaging and the item and send photos to hello@jessicacrisci.com. 

A replacement for the damaged item will be sent at no cost to you. Refer to the processing times above for an estimation of when the replacement will arrive. 

If an original artwork arrives damaged a refund can be issued.
